Are your rental homes family-friendly?
Yes, our rental homes for families are designed to accommodate the needs of families of all sizes. From spacious layouts to safe, thoughtfully chosen locations, we ensure that our family-friendly rentals are perfect for children and adults alike.
Do you do month-by-month rentals?
No, unless otherwise discussed with us. Most of our leases start at 12 months.
Are utilities included?
No, utilities are not included. Before taking possession, you will need to provide a utility confirmation from the Town of Lumsden water, SaskPower, SaskEnergy, etc.
What is the security deposit? When is the security deposit due?
A security deposit, equivalent to one month’s rent, is required to lease a suite. The security deposit is due upon approval of the application, prior to move-in.
Does the management team do inspections?
Quarterly inspections are conducted every three months, including a thorough check of the furnace/filters/smoke detectors.
What is the policy around decorating and hanging photos/curtains etc.?
We expect a suite to be left in the same condition as when a resident takes possession. We will deduct the cost for repairs required due to wear and tear outside of what is considered normal from the deposit.
How can I pay my rent?
We accept payment via e-transfer. Details will be shared upon approved application.
